Inside, your 1,000 sq ft retreat features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths including all-new bedroom furniture, refreshed bathrooms, modern kitchen appliances, and thoughtful coastal touches throughout. The open kitchen flows into the family/dining room, making it easy to cook, gather, and relax together.

Step outside to your private, tranquil backyard redesigned with paver brick patios, comfortable outdoor seating, and soft landscape lighting. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy an evening drink under the palms, or gear up for a beach day with the included bikes and beach supplies.

The east side of this two-unit duplex will be your home away from home. You’ll have:

• 2 private bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen)
• 1 full bathroom
• 1 half bathroom (en-suite to the primary bedroom)
• A semi-private entry room with a Queen sleeper sofa (separate sleeping area for 2)
  All beds and mattresses are high quality for comfortable, restful sleep, with plenty of space to sit, stretch, and unwind for up to 4 overnight guests.

Guest access & house rules

You’ll have full, private access to your side of the duplex and the backyard area associated with your unit. For larger parties, both sides of the duplex can be rented as long as the dates are available. Contact us with any questions!

• Day visitors: up to 2 additional daytime visitors only (no overnight); violation may result in cancellation without refund
• No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property (including e‑cigarettes)
